Executive Advising Pathway

One-on-one executive advising designed to help leaders move beyond burnout, strengthen self-awareness, and lead with clarity—creating lasting impact across teams and organizations.

Each executive advising engagement is thoughtfully customized to the unique needs of the leader and the organization. Over the course of six months, we follow a structured yet flexible pathway designed to drive meaningful, measurable change.

1. Initial One-on-One Alignment

We begin with a confidential one-on-one session to establish rapport, clarify priorities, and define clear goals and outcomes for the engagement.


2. 360-Degree Feedback & Hogan Assessment

Targeted 360-degree feedback and Hogan Assessments provide a clear, data-driven picture of strengths, blind spots, and motivations—informing focused, high-impact development.


3. Leader–Manager Alignment Session

A facilitated conversation with the executive and their manager (and HR, when appropriate) ensures shared expectations, alignment on goals, and clarity around how progress will be supported and measured.


4. Ongoing Executive Advising Sessions

One-on-one advising sessions take place every 2–3 weeks, in person or virtually. Leaders also have access to support between sessions via phone or email, as needed, to navigate real-time challenges.


5. Progress Reviews & Accountability Checkpoints

Mid-point and final progress meetings with the executive, their manager, and HR (when appropriate) reinforce accountability, assess progress toward goals, and ensure lasting impact beyond the engagement.
